Passionate about awakening consciousness and human development, I have followed two parallel paths that today converge into a single mission: to guide people and organizations to reconnect with their essence and activate their full potential.
My career began in the corporate world, where I specialized in Organizational Development, Corporate Wellness, and Conscious Leadership.
I've learned best practices from consumer companies like Mars, entertainment and service companies like Walt Disney World, and aeronautical companies like TechOps Mx (MRO Holdings). I've had the opportunity to design strategies and facilitate cultural transformation programs for companies with consulting firms like Power At Work for Nestlé, Bombardier, Michelin, Jumex, and many others. Over the years, I've come to understand that true change doesn't just happen professionally, but at the very core of our being.
More than five years ago, I began a path of spiritual awakening that led me to explore, learn ancient wisdom, and become certified in various holistic therapies: mindfulness, emotional release with Neo Emotional Release, art therapy, Laughter Yoga, Mayan and traditional astrology, Reiki, sound therapy, Ayurveda, and more.
This journey reminded me of an essential truth: we are here to remember who we are, heal from the root, and create a life in harmony with our authentic selves.
